You can use this module for internal machine repairs or for any customers machine repairs example – A personal computer organizations selling various PC to its customers and there is a request for the maintenance by the customer.
The main benefit of this module is that from the website itself customers or user can manage the machine servicing part. The Equipment Servicing Management app helps users to streamline daily operations along with equipment and machine monitoring that needs maintenance. This module helps customer with powerful quality services by integrated approval features and get comprehensive management analysis reports.

Once Support user start working he can change the state and he can add timesheet with number of hours consumed for this repairing the machine
Now we can login with Support Manager to check the status of tickets
We can create quotation for repair machine ticket and you can see all details regarding product consumed while repairing
Customer login view to check all details regarding ticket and he can chat with support team via odoo chatter below the screen
When ticket state will change from assigned to working state,system will send email to customer for as notification with ticket details
When ticket will closed then system will send email to customer for as notification with ticket details.
Generate Report of Customer ticket
