- 2+ years’ experience in OpenERP software development
- 1+ years’ experience in Python-based web development
- Experience working with PostgresSQL,
- Hands-on experience in OpenERP New Module Development & 3rd Party Integrations
- Experience mentoring more junior developers, and introducing new technologies and tools to a team
- A good understanding of the principles of agile development methodology
- Good communication skills in English and a problem solving approach
- Enthusiasm for the Quality Coding for every software development and a desire to get stuff done at time
OpenERP Technical skill is a must criteria
